OREO PIE 
3 egg whites
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped pecans
10 crushed Oreo cookies
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed

Beat egg whites until stiff. Gradually adding sugar. When egg whites are stiff, fold in other ingredients except Cool Whip. Spread egg white-cookie mixture in a lightly buttered 9" pie pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes. When cooled, spread Cool Whip over the top. Chill until ready to serve.
