CRESCENT BARS 
2 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls (pkg. of 8)

FILLING:

2 (8 oz.) pkg. Philly cream cheese
3/4 c. white sugar
1 egg yolk (save the egg white for later use)
1 tsp. vanilla

1. Mix filling in a medium bowl and beat until smooth.

2. Unroll 1 package of Pillsbury crescent rolls. Divide into 2 strips placing them in an ungreased 9 x 13 inch cake pan.

3. Spread filling mixture evenly on Pillsbury crescent roll layer.

4. Unroll 2 packages of Pillsbury crescent rolls. Divide into 2 strips, placing them on top of filling layer.

5. Brush with beaten egg white (a must!)

6. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
