GRANDMA BACKHOUSE'S SPECIAL
MEATBALLS
 
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 pkg. onion soup mix
1 c. cracker crumbs
3 eggs, beaten
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1 c. sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. barbecue sauce
1/2 bottle chili sauce, optional

1. Combine ground beef, soup mix, crumbs and eggs.

2. Form meatballs.

3. Place in 9x13 pan.

4. Combine remaining ingredients in separate bowl.

5. Spread mixture over top of meatballs.

6. Bake 325 degrees 1 hour.

7. Serves 6 to 10 for small meatballs; 4 to 6 for large meatballs.
