1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 c. water
4 eggs
1/2 c. condensed milk
1 stick butter (softened)
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding

Bland at low until moistened. Mix at medium speed for 2 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Use 9 x 13 pan. (Very rich cake.)
