SPINACH SALAD WITH HERB DRESSING 
3/4 c. dairy sour cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. buttermilk
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. Hacco or Maggi liquid seasoning
1 tbsp. Dijon style mustard
1 tbsp. fresh or 1 1/2 tsp. dried minced chives
2 tsp. minced parsley
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. red wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. fresh or 3/4 tsp. dried chervil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. fresh spinach, washed
6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1 c. chopped mushrooms

Combine all ingredients except spinach, bacon and mushrooms, blending until smooth. Toss dressing with spinach; garnish with bacon and mushrooms. For 6 to 8 people.
