1 pkg. white angel food cake mix, prepared as directed
1 env. whipped topping mix
6 oz. container strawberry yogurt
1 pt. strawberries
2 drops red food coloring
Powdered sugar

When cake has cooled completely, trim brown crust and remove from pan. Cut cake in 3 layers using long, thin serrated knife. Prepare whipped topping as package directs, using skim milk. Stir in yogurt, 1/2 of the strawberries, and food coloring. Spread 1/3 of mixture between each layer and on top of cake. Top with remaining strawberries. Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serves 12.
