RICE CAKE | |
1 1/2 c. rice 3 c. water 1/2 lb. cream cheese 1/4 lb. butter Boil rice and water until soft. Add more water if needed. Do not rinse. Cut cream cheese and butter into small pieces and mix into the batter mixture until melted. 3 eggs, slightly beaten 1 c. milk 1 c. self rising flour 1 tsp. vanilla Add the above to the batter. Bake in a well greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan, at 350 degrees for 1 hour. When cooled, sprinkle with confectioners sugar. |
