WEIGHT WATCHERS PUMPKIN MUFFINS 
1 can pumpkin
2 eggs
2/3 c. dry milk
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. cinnamon
8 pkg. Sweet - n - Low
1/2 c. grated carrots
6 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp. raisins
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine dry ingredients. In separate bowl, combine eggs and vanilla. Add pumpkin and mix well. Add dry ingredients, carrots and raisins. Spray tins with Pam. Makes 12 muffins. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
