2 small pkg. orange Jell-O
3 c. boiling water
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 sm. pkg. Jell-O instant lemon pudding and pie filling
1 sm. carton Cool Whip
grated Cheddar cheese

Add 3 cups boiling water to Jell-O; mix well. Add orange juice concentrate. Add drained pineapple and oranges; mix. Put in refrigerator and let set up. Mix pudding (dry) with Cool Whip. Spread on top of set up Jell-O. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
