CURRY PLUS 
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/4 c. butter
2 to 3 tbsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 can condensed mushroom soup
1 c. chicken broth
2 c. diced leftover meat
Pepper to taste
1/4 c. raisins
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 red skinned apple, diced
1/2 c. green pepper
Optional: raisins, coconut, cashews
Hot rice

Saute onion in butter. Add curry and ginger and saute 2 to 3 more minutes. Add soup, broth and meat; cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Season to taste, add apple, green pepper and raisins. Simmer 5 minutes uncovered. Stir in lemon juice. Serve with rice and condiments (optional). Serves 4 to 6.
