GUNNISON RIVER BARBEQUE SAUCE 
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, chopped
2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. chili powder
Dash of cayenne
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt

Heat the oil in large saucepan and saute onion for 5 minutes. Add garlic and saute 1 minute more. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Store, refrigerated, in covered glass container.

To use, brush frequently on chicken or ribs while grilling or after grilling chicken until golden, place meat in 13 x 9 inch pan and cover with BBQ sauce. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Delicious! From America's Best Cookbook.
