SAXAPAHASH 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
16 oz. tomato sauce
6 scallions, chopped
1/2 lb. egg noodles (or any sm. pasta)
Pinch of garlic powder
1 c. sour cream
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese

Brown the beef with salt, sugar, and garlic powder. Stir in tomato sauce and simmer 20 minutes. Chop the scallions and mix with sour cream and cream cheese. Cook and drain the noodles.

In a greased casserole, place a layer of noodles. Top with a layer of cheese mixture, then a layer of the meat mixture. Repeat until ingredients are used up. Top with the grated cheese. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. Serves 6.
