ENSALADA DE LECHOSA MADURA
(PAPAYA SALAD)
 
1 ripe Papaya peeled and finely chopped
1 1/2 c. chopped fresh pineapple

PART B:

Lettuce leaves, washed and drained

PART C:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. ketchup
3/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tbsp. of fresh lime juice

Mix ingredients including in A and set in refrigerator. When ready to serve, arrange on lettuce leaves and cover with dressing made by mixing ingredients included in C. Serve as an appetizer.
