ACINI DE PEPE SALAD | |
1/2 (14.5 oz.) pkg. Acini de Pepe macaroni 1 beaten egg yolk 1/2 c. sugar 1 tbsp. flour 3/4 c. + 2 tbsp. pineapple juice 2 c. miniature marshmallows 8 oz. Cool Whip 8 oz. drained, crushed pineapple 8 oz. drained pineapple tidbits 2 (10 oz.) drained mandarin oranges Cook and drain macaroni. Rinse with cold water. In a medium saucepan, combine the next 4 ingredients. Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly until thick. Cool and pour over macaroni. Stir in the remaining ingredients and chill. |
