ACINI DE PEPI SALAD 
Dressing:

In heavy pan or double boiler combine and cook until like gravy:

1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. pineapple juice (from drained pineapple used in salad)

Let cool.

Salad:

Cook 1 box R. F. Spezziello (a macaroni product) and salt to taste. Blanch and cool.

Combine with:

2 cups crushed pineapple, drained
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 can pineapple tidbits (or chunks), drained
1 small package mini marshmallows
1 (16 oz.) carton Cool Whip.

Combine all with dressing and refrigerate. Keeps well for a week.
