PEANUT BUTTER CAKE 
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. oil
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
12 oz. Hershey bar (or kisses)

Beat eggs, vanilla, sugar and oil together. Then add flour, baking powder, salt and milk. Mix well and pour in greased and floured large cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. While cake is hot, spread peanut butter, put in refrigerator until peanut butter sets.

Melt chocolate over double boiler (or in microwave at medium power) and spread on top of peanut butter. Refrigerate until chocolate sets.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
