LOW CALORIE MAYONNAISE 
4 tsp. liquid artificial sweetener
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. cold water
12 oz. buttermilk
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. unflavored gelatin
1 tbsp. dehydrated onion flakes

Combine sweetener, salt, mustard, pepper and vinegar and mix thoroughly. Put into pot and bring to a boil.

Mix together gelatin and cold water and add to boiled mixture. Then add onion flakes and buttermilk. Refrigerate until set. When set, whip or put into blender and blend. Put into covered jar and refrigerate. Equals daily milk allotment.
