CHICKEN TARRAGON EN'CROUTE 
2 tbsp. butter, softened
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. tarragon
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 whole chicken breast, boneless, cut in half
Flour
1 (4 oz.) can Pillsbury refrigerated crescent rolls
1 egg, beaten

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In small bowl, combine butter, lemon juice, garlic and pepper; mix well. Separate crescent roll dough into 2 rectangles. Firmly press to seal. Press or roll to 6x4 inch rectangle.
