PINEAPPLE - PECAN CAKE | |
2 c. sugar 2 eggs 2 tbsp. oil 2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1 can (No. 20) crushed pineapple with juice 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. pecans Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix together completely and put in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. I usually use a cream cheese frosting on this cake. |
