HERSHEY BAR CAKE 
1 c. butter blend
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 (8 oz.) Hershey bar, plain
1 (16 oz.) can Hershey's syrup
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. buttermilk

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Grease and flour 10-inch tube pan. Melt candy bar; cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, blending well after each.

Add melted candy bar, blend well. Add chocolate syrup and vanilla, blend well. Mix flour and baking soda together; add alternately with buttermilk, mixing well after each addition.

Bake 2 hours at 300 degrees. Serve cake plain or glaze with canned chocolate frosting (or your own favorite chocolate glaze) while cake is warm. Garnish with chopped nuts if you wish.
