HAMBURGER AND VEGETABLE DISH 
6 med. potatoes, sliced
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 lb. hamburger, browned
1 layer raw carrots, sliced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tbsp. sugar
1 layer onions, sliced
2 c. water
1 tbsp. salt

Place in large casserole in order given. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until vegetables are tender.
