HARRIS' SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 lg. onion
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 1/2 tbsp. oregano
1 1/2 tsp. parsley
1/2 jar spaghetti sauce
4 bay leaves
1 can sliced mushrooms

Saute onion and drained mushrooms. Add hamburger; brown until meat is well done. Drain. Add spice and saute for a few additional minutes. Slowly add spaghetti sauce. Simmer on low heat 15-20 minutes. Add bay leaves while sauce is simmering. If sauce becomes too thick add a small amount of water.
