PURPLE COW 
1 pt. (2 c.) vanilla ice cream, softened
1 1/2 c. milk
1 (6 oz.) can frozen grape juice concentrate

In a blender container place softened ice cream, milk and frozen grape juice concentrate. Cover and blend until ice cream mixture is smooth. Pour into three 14 ounce tumblers; serve immediately. Makes three 12 ounce servings.
