SWEET POTATO FLUFF 
5 med. or 4 lg. sweet potatoes

Boil in skin about 1 hour until soft - cool - then peel skins off and place in large mixing bowl.

Then add: 1 c. sugar (add more if necessary) 1 egg 1 tbsp. cinnamon Dash nutmeg 2 tbsp. flour 1/4 to 1/2 c. orange juice (depending on taste) 1/4 c. milk

Blend thoroughly with mixer - if too thick - add a little more milk and juice. Place in orange halves that have been scooped out - top with miniature marshmallows and place in 350 degree oven until lightly browned. Wonderful to serve on special occasions like Thanksgiving. May be prepared and then covered and stored in refrigerator overnight. Wait until you heat thoroughly before adding marshmallows.
