CHEESE BLITZES 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. sugar

Mix ingredients. Cut crust off white bread (around 18 slices). Roll each slice flat with glass or rolling pin. Spread mixture on slices and roll up. Dip roll in melted butter (about 1 1/4 sticks). Roll in cinnamon/sugar mixture (1 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons cinnamon).

Freeze the rolls at least 1 hour (or days if you want). Cut into bite size pieces (3 per roll). Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes. Cool.

Optional: Dip in sour cream. Yield: approximately 4 to 4 1/2 dozen.
