SHRIMP & CHEESE CASSEROLE 
6 slices English muffin
1 lb. cooked shrimp
1/2 lb. sharp cheese
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
3 eggs, beaten
1 pt. milk

Cut bread and cheese in bite-size pieces. Grease deep casserole and layer with bread, shrimp and cheese.

Mix remaining ingredients and pour over top. Let sit overnight or at least 3 hours. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Delicious and easy!
