LEMON CHEESE BARS 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines pudding yellow cake mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. lemon juice

Mix dry cake mix, 1 egg, and 1/3 cup butter until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup. Pat remaining mixture lightly into an ungreased 9 x 13 pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Beat cream cheese until soft, add sugar, egg and lemon juice until light and smooth. Spread over baked layer. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Return to oven and bake 15 minutes more. Cool. Cut into bars.
