DESSERT CREPES 
2 loaves sandwich bread, soft
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs
1/3 c. sugar

Remove crust from bread. Roll out flat with rolling pin. Mix cheese, eggs, and sugar until fluffy. Spread out on rolled bread. Roll up each slice. Dip in melted butter. Roll in cinnamon and sugar mixture: 1 cup sugar, 4 teaspoons cinnamon. Line on cookie sheet. (At this point it can be frozen, if desired.)

Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20 minutes or until brown. If frozen, bake for 30 minutes. Cool before serving.
