DESSERT CREPES 
3 eggs
1 c. presifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. sugar

In medium sized bowl, beat eggs with salt. Gradually add flour and other dry ingredients alternately with milk and water. Mix well. Add melted butter and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Cover and let stand about 1 hour at room temperature. Ready to make crepes.
