RAW PEANUT BRITTLE 
2 c. sugar
1 c. white syrup
2 c. raw peanuts
2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Bring 1/2 cup water to boil in heavy pan or skillet. Add sugar and syrup and stir until dissolved. Boil until it spins a thread, add peanuts. Cook over low heat to golden brown. Add soda, vanilla and butter. Spread on greased sheet.

This is the perfect combination of ingredients. I use a candy thermometer to get the perfect candy.. I hit 275°F, then add peanuts, bring to 307°F... then add rest.. Perfect candy every time. Will not stick to teeth..
