VENISON SWISS STEAK 
1 1/2 lbs. steak
3 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. oil

Brown above ingredients.

1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. carrot
2 tbsp. parsley
3 whole cloves
2 bay leaves
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. gravy seasoning
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. water

Simmer 2 1/2 hours.
