2 pre-baked pie shells
1 pkg. strawberry Jello (sm.)
1 pt. strawberries
2 c. sugar
2 c. water
3 tbsp. flour

Slice strawberries into 2 pie crusts. Mix flour with sugar and Jello. Pour in water and boil 1 minute until dissolved. Pour mixture over strawberries in shells. Chill in refrigerator or freezer until set. Serve with Cool Whip.
