FRESH STRAWBERRY PIES 
1/4 c. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 qt. fresh strawberries, halved or quartered
2 baked pie shells

Mix in saucepan the cornstarch, water, and sugar. Cook until boiling; remove from heat and add Jello. Cool thoroughly at room temperature. Add strawberries. Pour into 2 baked pie shells. Chill.
