ROASTED PECANS 
6 tbsp. butter
4 c. pecans
Dash of garlic powder
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. soy sauce

Microwave 7 minutes on high. Stir once, half way. Drain on paper towels. Dry overnight.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
