SUPER CRABMEAT 
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. sherry
1 lb. crabmeat
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
grated cheese (for top)

Sauté mushrooms in butter about 5 minutes. Add and cook the onion until tender. Add Worcestershire sauce and sherry. Fold in crabmeat. Make paste using flour and milk. Add to crab mixture and cook over low heat until it thickens. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour into individual shells. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake at 350°F until bubbly, about 5 minutes.

Serves 6.
