3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. cornstarch
2 c. cold water
Food coloring
Dish detergent
4 paper cups

Mix the sugar and cornstarch together in a saucepan. Add the water and stir over a low heat until well blended (about 5 minutes).

Remove from stove, cool and pour into the paper cups. Add a little food coloring to each cup. A different color to each cup and then add a drop of dish detergent.
