QUICK AND EASY CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
3 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. chopped nuts

On low heat melt chocolate with sweetened condensed milk in a heavy saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and nuts. Spread into wax paper lined 8 inch square pan. Chill 2 hours. Turn fudge onto a cutting board peel off paper and cut into squares. Cover and store at room temperature. Makes 1 3/4 pounds.
