PUDDING PIE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 c. skim milk
1 (5 1/2 oz.) instant sugar free vanilla pudding mix
1 baked graham cracker pie crust, cooled

In bowl cream the softened cream cheese. Add milk, slowly. Add pudding mix and blend at medium speed. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust. Garnish with fresh fruit, if desired.
