CORN SALAD 
12 oz. can shoe peg corn
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1 chopped cucumbers
1 sm. jar pimento, drained
1 sm. onion, chopped

Mix all ingredients well. Cover with the following dressing: 3 tbsp. sugar 3 tbsp. red wine vinegar

Refrigerate well and serve. Do not drain the dressing from salad before serving.
