1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 stick soft butter
1 sm. pkg. chocolate chips
2 eggs
1 c. oatmeal

Mix above ingredients. Shape into balls and roll in granulated sugar. Do not flatten. Bake 10 minutes in 350 degree oven.
