2 cups self-rising flour
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tbsp. basil
2 tbsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 cup mayonnaise
5 cloves fresh garlic (crushed, diced, or ground)
1 cup milk (at room temperature)

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Mix all your dry ingredients, stir in the mayonnaise, add garlic, the slowly stir in milk. Drop into greased muffin tin.

Bake at 400°F on top rack for 20 minutes.
