SUCCOTASH 
3 c. fresh, frozen or canned lima beans
4 c. frozen or canned whole kernel corn
1 1/3 milk or light cream
4 tbsp. butter
Salt, pepper, nutmeg

Cook, or heat the lima beans and corn separately, and drain. Combine vegetables, add milk or cream and butter. Season to taste. Simmer approximately 5 minutes.
