CHICKEN IN DUCK SAUCE | |
2 1/2 lbs. chicken cut in pieces 1 jar red Russian dressing 1 jar apricot preserves 1 pkg. onion soup mix Mix together last 3 ingredients. Dip chicken pieces in sauce and place in roasting pan. Spoon remaining sauce over chicken. Cover; bake in a 375 degree oven for 1 1/4 hours. Baste occasionally. |
