EASY PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES 
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
3/4 c. peanut butter
2 c. biscuit baking mix
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix milk and peanut butter until smooth. Add biscuit mix and vanilla. Mix well. Roll in sugar. Use fork to flatten. Bake at 375 degrees for 6 to 8 minutes. Makes 5 dozen.
