EASY POT ROAST | |
Bottom round roast, 4 lb. 1 env. dry onion soup mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup Place roast in deep casserole with cover. Sprinkle soup mix over top of meat and then spread cream of mushroom soup on top of that. Add about 1/2 can of water. Cover and cook in 300 degree oven for 4 hours. 8 to 10 servings. |
