TORTELLINI WITH MUSHROOM CHEESE
SAUCE
 
12 oz. frozen tortellini or 1 pkg. dry
1 tbsp. butter
1 lb. mushrooms, chopped finely
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp. minced fresh basil, or 1/2 tsp. dry
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. milk

Cook tortellini as per package directions. Saute chopped mushrooms, garlic and basil. Add cream cheese and milk after liquid in mushrooms has evaporated. Cook over low flame until cheese has melted. Add tortellini to heat and blend with other ingredients.
