1 lb. Velveeta cheese
4 oz. can pimentos, mashed
1 1/2 c. Miracle Whip
2 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. sweet relish

Put cheese on a plate. Sprinkle sugar on top. When cheese is room temperature, place in large bowl. Add pimentos and relish; stir all together until well mixed. Then blend in Miracle Whip.

Keep refrigerated.
