“KEY LIME PIE” IS IN:
NEXT RECIPE:  MAGIC COOKIE BARS

KEY LIME PIE 
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
3 egg yolks (whites not used)
1/2 cup Key West lime juice (I use Nellie & Joe's)
1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie shell

Combine milk, egg yolks and lime juice. Blend until smooth. Pour filling into prepared pie shell and bake at 350°F degrees for 15 minutes.

Allow to stand 10 minutes before refrigerating. Just before serving, top with freshly whipped cream and garnish with lime slices.

Got a bunch of free key limes and didn't want to hand juice them, so I cut them all in half and fed them down the chute of my food processor with the chopping blade. Chopped them to a pulp them squeezed them thru cheesecloth to remove the juice. Worked great!
