SEVEN LAYER SALAD 
Head of lettuce
1/2 c. onion & celery
6 oz. water chestnuts
1 lb. garden peas
2 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. sugar
4 oz. Romano cheese
3/4 lb. bacon
4 tomatoes in wedges
3 boiled eggs
Parsley

Shred lettuce; layer next 3 ingredients; sprinkle peas over top. Spread mayonnaise as a sealer. Sprinkle on sugar and then cheese. Cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate overnight. When taken out, put tomato, bacon, eggs and parsley on top.
