BAKED APPLES (DIABETIC) 
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. Fresca
1 1/2 tsp. substi-sweet
Apples

Mix cornstarch, salt and cinnamon with 1 tablespoon Fresca. Stir until smooth. Gradually add remaining Fresca and cook until smooth and clear.

Place halved apples in 6 x 9 inch Pyrex dish and pour mixture over. Dot apples with butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes to one hour.
